Shipping policy

Every CHELA is handcrafted in Argentina and shipped with care.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders paid by bank transfer are prepared once the transfer has been received.

Shipping within Argentina — free

Shipping is free to anywhere in Argentina. Orders are delivered in 2–4 business days.

International shipping

All orders ship from Argentina. We ship worldwide with DHL Express. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

The Ezeiza passport holder ships free when ordered with a bag. On its own, international shipping is USD 50.

Duties and taxes

Our prices do not include import duties, VAT/GST or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by local customs, are not collected at checkout and are paid by the recipient when the carrier delivers the package. We can't predict the exact amount, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

This also applies to orders to the United States, which ship from Argentina.

If a package is refused because duties or taxes were not paid, the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.

Address and delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, write to us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help you resolve it with the carrier.
